The applications are available both as an online application or a printable version. We are currently aware that there is a problem with the online application and are working to fix it. At the present time, the tentative drawing will be held on Thursday, September 4 at 1:00 p.m. and the must-attend presentation and permit pickup date is tentatively scheduled for Wednesday, September 10, at 9:00 a.m. Both will be held at the Marquette Campus at 1903 Marquette Avenue, Muskegon, MI 49442.
