Due to continued heavy rain, the Muskegon County Road Commission has closed Maple Island Road at the Muskegon River Bridge as of Thursday 4/16. This closure is in place to protect motorists. Please do not drive through high water or around barricades.
Detours are in place: Maple Island Road traffic to the south should use White Road to connect back to Apple Avenue. On the north, traffic will be routed via Ryerson Road back to M-120 south of the closure.
